Imbert Marion

Licensed Tour Guide

Weirdly enough, I became a guide because I didn’t understand a thing about modern art; why did I love a painting, or why did I dislike it, I had no clue. And I felt I appreciated it better when someone explained it to me. I’ve also always loved History, antiquities, vintage, and telling stories. And as a long-term expat, sharing cultural facts and experiences. As a result, becoming a tour guide was only natural. Guiding children is particularly enjoyable, as they are at the cross-roads of learning and having fun at the same time. And they can have fun anywhere, as long as we know how to make it fun!

Marion's Professional Background

As the daughter of a diplomat, I have lived and traveled in many different countries. I only began to live in France when I turned 16, and to be quite honest it was pretty complicated to understand the French… Being a licensed tour guide offers an opportunity to share not only information, but culture, history, stories and fun facts about the French.
