Joséphine was trained as an English Teacher in HongKong before she decided to study in Europe and take a step to write a master’s theses in Art and Literature in Bamberg, Germany. In her joint program she had the chance live and study in NYCU, UCLA, and Paris Diderot. After it, she took the time to travel in Europe and met Ferit, she decided to apply her skills and knowledge and share it in a meaningful way: guiding.
Ferit, who studied Mechanic, Transport and Logistics, and completed a bachelor in Industrial Management at the IUT of Cachan. Being from a Franco-Turkish family, his interest for language and Culture took him on a different path after he met Josephine. He decided to go back to University and Study history and history of Art in order to become a National Licensed Tour Guide.
Cancellation Policy
All tours go out rain or shine, so please come prepared! In case of cancellations, the following Cancellation Policy apply:
Up to 7 days before tour dates: refund 100 % of the tour price
6 to 3 days before tour dates: refund 50 % of the tour price
3 to 1 day before tour dates: no refund
No-show: no refund
Please note that the cost for pre-purchased tickets for tours will not be refunded (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Opera Garnier, Catacombs, Sainte Chapelle, Arc of Triumph, Mont Saint Michel Abbey, Pantheon, Monet’s Foundation Giverny, Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Seine River Cruise, etc). Conditions will be similar for Strike or social movement reasons in the above listed places. Full refund of tour fee in case of venue closure and tour cancellations due to strikes.
Please note that a 4% booking fee is deducted from any refund amounts.
Rebooking Policy
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability. Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at info@parisandbeyondtours.net. Please note that the cost for pre-purchased tickets for tours will not be refunded, and the necessary new tickets cost will be charged (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Opera Garnier, Catacombs, Sainte Chapelle, Arc of Triumph, Mont Saint Michel Abbey, Pantheon, Giverny, Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Seine River Cruise, etc). In case of cancellations, the following Rebooking Policy apply:
Up to 7 days before tour dates: no rebooking fee
6 to 3 days before tour dates: 100 euros per tour rebooking fee
3 to 1 day before tour dates: 200 euros per tour rebooking fee
On tour day: new tour fee
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
Extreme Weather Conditions
If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within a week after the cancellation notice. Please note that a 4% booking fee is deducted from any refund amounts.
