Our booking system offers real-time availability, and online payments allow you to secure your spot any day of the week, subject to available spaces in your desired tour and confirmation of your plans. To ensure your experience is as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible, here are a few things to keep in mind before we set off together.

In case of cancellations, the following Cancellation Policy apply:
Up to 7 days before tour: full refund of the tour price, minus non-refundable tickets (if applicable)
6 days to 4 days before tour:Â 75% refund of the tour price, minus non-refundable tickets (if applicable)
4 days to 2 days before tour: 50% refund of the tour price, minus non-refundable tickets (if applicable)
Under 48 hours and no-show: no refund
The cost for pre-purchased tickets for tours will not be refunded such as Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Opera Garnier, Catacombs, Sainte Chapelle, Arc of Triumph, Mont Saint Michel Abbey, Pantheon, Monet’s Foundation Giverny, Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Seine River Cruise, etc.Â
Tickets are refunded if venues are closed the full day due to strikes and unexpected circumstances.Â
Please note that a 5% booking fee is deducted from any refund amounts.
If you make a booking by mistake, please contact us within 12 hours, and we will provide a refund with no penalty. However, if your reserved tour is within 48 hours of your online booking—whether made by mistake or otherwise—we cannot offer a refund. In this case, we will issue a credit voucher for the full value of your booking, valid for 12 months from the original tour date. This credit voucher can also be gifted to a friend. The voucher’s value may be subject to changes in price for your future booking. If it is not used within this period, it will expire automatically.
We understand the challenges of navigating in a busy (and new) city. Our team is here to support you, both before and during the tour.Â
Each private tour is scheduled for a set duration, which is confirmed at the time of booking. We guarantee punctuality and timeliness of tours and experiences if you reserve chauffeur services with us, especially during the peak season March-October in the morning rush hours 8-11am.Â
Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience.Due to the venue regulations of timed entrance tickets and reservations, as well as the schedules of guides, we will not be able to accommodate delays of more than 15 mins. Tours for late arrivals may be shortened or adapted so that the tour finishes at the originally scheduled time.Â
To ensure a high-quality, flexible, and enjoyable experience while respecting the schedules of our guides and drivers, an overtime charge will apply if the tour runs longer than planned due to client requested extensions, additional stops, or client related delays.
If you arrive 45 minutes late, we regret that we must treat this as a cancellation and cannot offer a refund. We cannot offer a refund or credit voucher. Depending upon availability, we may be able to reschedule your tour. Please see the details below.
We will attempt to accommodate your change request, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Museum tickets and guides are often not available for new dates or times. If we’re unable to change your tour, you will have the choice to maintain your existing reservation or cancel.
Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at [email protected]. New ticket charges may apply. In case of rebooking, the following apply:
Up to 7 days before your tour: no rebooking fee, unless there have been entry ticket costs, in which case you will only be charged for new tickets.
4 days to 6 days before your tour: 25% of the tour fee to change date/time.
48 hours to 96 hours before your tour: 50% of the tour fee to change date/time.
Under 48 hours & on the tour day: 65% of the tour fee if the tour could be changed to another date/time.Â
If extension of the scheduled tour time was necessary due to delays caused by the clients, or requested by clients, additional tour extension surcharge applies:
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund of tour fee. Tickets are refundable in full if they are refundable by the venues.
While rare, the venues (such as the Louvre, MusĂ©e d’Orsay, Versailles, or the Catacombs) may occasionally be affected by social movements or strikes.We’re committed to making your experience smooth, flexible, and memorable—even when the unexpected arises. Here’s how we handle these situations:
We will contact you as soon as possible with an update. At that time, you’ll be able to choose from the following options:
If the venue is not open at the scheduled tour time, we recommend waiting up to 45 minutes, as delayed openings are common during strikes.
If you prefer to switch to an alternative tour for your scheduled tour time, a partial refund will be provided.

In the event of circumstances beyond your/our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other force majeure events, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule tours in such a way that varies from our standard cancellation policy. However, we can provide documentation for you to submit a claim to your travel insurance.Â
