What if history wasn’t something children had to memorize, but stories they couldn’t wait to hear? That’s the experience I aim to create as a Paris family guide on every tour.
My love for history began in childhood, accompanying my art collector father to professional flea markets and auctions, where I was fascinated to see great history incarnated in tangible objects.
With years of experience guiding tours for renowned agencies, I discovered my true calling during the pandemic when my daughter’s curiosity about my work sparked an idea.
Inspired by her questions, I founded my own agency specializing in family-friendly Paris tours, creating experiences that make history accessible and exciting for families.
As a dedicated Paris family guide, I’m an avid collector with over 1,000 children’s books filling my home, bringing a unique blend of historical expertise and narrative magic to every tour.
My extensive library reflects my deep understanding of how stories captivate young audiences. Through my work as a Paris family guide, I bridge the gap between education and entertainment, proving that history’s greatest tales are meant to be shared across generations.
Ferit’s path to becoming a Paris family guide was anything but conventional. He studied transport and logistics, and industrial management, destined to become an engineer. He gained transformative experience working in a  transportation company and a shoe-shining manufacturer, developing skills that would later prove invaluable in unexpected ways.
My life changed on a night train between Belgrade and Sofia, where I met Josephine. This serendipitous encounter revealed my true calling as a Paris family guide. Therefore I pivoted from my engineering trajectory, and returned to university to pursue my passion, earning degrees in History of Art and History.
I became a nationally licensed Paris family guide, combining my analytical engineering mindset with my deep love for storytelling and historical narratives.
Ferit has curated three signature experiences that showcase his unique approach to Parisian exploration. His beloved Louvre Scavenger Hunt transforms the world’s largest museum into an interactive treasure hunt.
Families solve riddles while discovering masterpieces from ancient Egypt to the Renaissance. His Private Versailles Palace and Golf Cart Gardens from Paris combines palace grandeur with effortless garden exploration. Guests experience opulent royal apartments and the vast estate’s hidden groves via golf cart—without exhaustion.

When Ferit wants to experience authentic Parisian bistro culture, he heads to Au Moulin Ă Vent.
Because his restaurant  is a neighborhood institution that embodies everything he loves about traditional French dining.
Indeed this classic bistro serves the kind of honest, expertly prepared French cuisine that locals have cherished for generations.
The warm, welcoming staff treats every guest like a regular, creating the intimate atmosphere that defines genuine Parisian hospitality. It’s this kind of personal connection to authentic local establishments that distinguishes Paris and Beyond Tours‘ approach to showing visitors the real Paris.
Ferit works with Paris and Beyond Tours, a company that’s part of A la Française Tourisme group and holds official French tourism accreditation (Atout France). They can be reached at +33 633 860 314 or via email at [email protected]
