How to count the number of participants?

The tour is free of charge for any children under 5 years old at the tour time. The minimum charge is 2 participants.

Example : If you are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, the kids are 4/5/6, it would be a group of 4 paid participant and 1 free participant in your group.

Note that the tour guides will try their best to engage the younger children as well. 

That said, our experiences are designed to allow the highest level of interaction between family members of all ages. 

Is the Orsay Treasure Hunt suitable for my child’s age?

The Orsay Treasure Hunt is especially designed for children aged 6 to 12. Our guide will happily adapt the clues, explanations, and pace to the age and interests of your children.

Does the visit include tickets?

Yes, the Orsay Treasure Hunt includes entrance tickets with fast access to the Orsay Museum, so you do not need to book anything separately.

Your meeting point is right next to the large elephant statue in front of the Musée d’Orsay. The museum address is: Musée d’Orsay, 1 Rue de la Légion d’Honneur, 75007 Paris.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your tour, here is how our cancellation policy works:
Up to 7 days before the tour: full refund of the tour price, minus the cost of tickets.
6 to 4 days before the tour: 75% refund of the tour price, minus the cost of tickets.
4 to 2 days before the tour: 50% refund of the tour price, minus the cost of tickets.
Under 48 hours before the tour and no show: no refund.

Please note that a 5% booking fee is deducted from any refund amounts.

What language is the tour in?

The tour is conducted in English. Other languages are available on request, depending on guide availability at the time of your visit.
